TELEMARKETERS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College/Associate Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
With at least 6 months experience in outbound call.
Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint and any Basic MS Office Application.
Excellent in Communication Skills both Verbal and Written.
Can do multi-tasking, Pro-active, Fast learner, Team Player.
Able to work diligently and effectively under minimum supervision.


ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint and any Basic MS Office Application.
Knowledgeable in card printers and printing materials/services is a plus.
Excellent in Communication Skills both Verbal and Written.
Wide network, good interpersonal skills.
Analytical and decision-making skills, problem solving skills.
Fast learner, pro-active, team player.


ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements:
3 years of account management or other relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.


OPERATIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director.
Development of individual program budgets.
Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.
Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.
Disbursement of checks for agency expenses.
Organization of fiscal documents.
Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.
Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis.

Requirements:
Graduate of any 4 Year Course.
Computer Literate and must be knowledgeable with MS Office.
Good in written and oral communication skills.
Enjoys fieldwork and meeting people.
At least 6 year management experience.
Experience in Sales& Marketing preferably in Trading industries.
Experience in processing with government agencies such as DENR, PDEA, PNP, DTI, BOC & PEZA.
